WHAT: This compelling, story-filled presentation brings the principles to life and invites attendees to reflect on their experience and work culture.

Customized Teambuilding Sessions

WHAT: An experiential workshop that guides a team from awareness to alignment to action in hopeful leadership practices.
WHO: Leaders and the people they work with.
TIME: One to two days.


Individual Leadership Coaching

WHAT: A series of individual coaching sessions to support a leader who is personally committed to putting hope to work.  These sessions connect leadership behavior with organization culture.
WHO: High performing leaders.
TIME: Individual two hour sessions, approximately twice a month for six to nine months.


Weaving a Culture: Whole System Change

WHAT: Multiple best practices woven to build more hopeful cultures across organizations, projects and/or geographies.
